Drawbridge won't open if both barricades survive
What happens
If you keep the barricades intact, the drawbridge stays shut and NPCs walk around it, some falling off the wall.
PS5-safe fix
Restart the battle and let the Stormcloaks destroy at least one barricade.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
