Strange Amulet stuck in your inventory forever
What happens
If you refuse Calixto's offer, the Strange Amulet stays a quest item permanently and can't be dropped.
PS5-safe fix
Sell it to Calixto for 500 gold (the only way it becomes the Necromancer Amulet). After murders, it can also be placed into the inventory of Susanna's or Arivanya's body while the bodies are still there.
Prevention
Accept Calixto's 500-gold offer the first time.
