'Report to the Jarl of Whiterun' stuck in your journal
What happens
If you report to General Tullius before the Jarl of Whiterun, this misc objective stays in your journal with no way to complete it in vanilla.
PS5-safe fix
The only documented fix is a PC console command. Check whether a quest-fixing creation is available and safe on PS5.
Prevention
Report to the Jarl of Whiterun before going back to Tullius.
Only known full fix needs a mod. Check which PS5 mods are safe on Is It Bricked?.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
