Pilgrim's Path door never opens in the Twilight Sepulcher
What happens
Entering the Sepulcher, hearing Gallus's first lines, then leaving can leave the Pilgrim's Path door permanently shut.
PS5-safe fix
To the right of the door there's a glitched gap where you can see into the Pilgrim's Path. Use Whirlwind Sprint to jump the gap. The objective reappears when you talk to Nocturnal near the end.
Prevention
Don't leave the Sepulcher after Gallus starts talking.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
