Season Unending peace council never starts
What happens
Even when you're seated at High Hrothgar, the meeting may never begin.
PS5-safe fix
Talk to each participant, push them into the council room with Unrelenting Force, or wait 24 hours. If none of that works, reload an earlier save.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
