Courier never brings the Dark Brotherhood note
What happens
After Innocence Lost, the courier says 'Nope, sorry. Nothing.' and the Mysterious Note never arrives.
PS5-safe fix
Sleep right after finishing Innocence Lost (after speaking to Aventus Aretino the second time). That may trigger the delivery or the abduction to the shack.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
