Barrier doesn't drop after taking the soul gem
What happens
After removing the soul gem the barrier stays up and you can't talk to Erandur.
PS5-safe fix
Go on to the Skull room yourself; Erandur should be waiting. Talk to him immediately or he walks back behind the barrier. If he isn't there, load a save from the inn.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
