Neloth goes into Nchardak without you and locks the gate
What happens
If you walk away from Neloth before he opens Nchardak's front gate, he enters alone and the gate locks you out.
PS5-safe fix
Wait for an hour or so right outside the door.
Prevention
Stay next to Neloth until the gate is open.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
