Karliah only says 'Yes, fellow Nightingale?' (PlayStation/Xbox)
What happens
UESP lists this specifically for PlayStation and Xbox: after Nocturnal speaks, Karliah has no dialogue options. It seems to be caused by completing Hard Answers a second time.
PS5-safe fix
Wait a few hours after inserting the key; when the wait ends, Karliah should be where she needs to be.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
