Hall of the Elements door won't open after the anomalies
What happens
After you kill the anomalies, the Hall of the Elements entrance may be inactive. Saving and reloading doesn't help.
PS5-safe fix
Wait for an NPC to go through, which fixes the door, or try activating around the edges of the door.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
