Erandur won't leave the Windpeak Inn
What happens
Erandur stands in place at the inn in Dawnstar instead of leading you to Nightcaller Temple.
PS5-safe fix
Try in order: leave the inn and re-enter; sprint into him (especially if he's stuck by the bar); or talk to him, exit dialogue, and leave the inn immediately while he's still talking so he appears outside. Unrelenting Force on him may also get him moving.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
