Dragon attack during Containment locks you out of the College
What happens
If a dragon shows up while you fight the anomalies, it gives no soul, and afterwards you can't enter the College and nobody will talk to you.
PS5-safe fix
UESP recommends reloading a save from before the dragon appeared.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
