One magic anomaly is stuck in a wall or under Winterhold
What happens
An anomaly may spawn under the world or inside a wall, or fall to the bottom of the cliff near town.
PS5-safe fix
Fast travel back to Winterhold, or enter another cell such as the inn; that can move it out of the wall.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
