Companions induction ceremony stops mid-dialogue
What happens
Back at Jorrvaskr, the Circle may stop talking during the induction and the quest won't complete.
PS5-safe fix
Talk to Vilkas when you return and let him lead you to the ceremony (sprint into him if he won't move). Or Wait one hour after the dialogue stops. Last resort from UESP: commit a minor crime in front of a guard, go to jail or escape, then talk to Kodlak.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
