Rescued Brelas vanishes in Windhelm
What happens
If you free Brelas from the embassy dungeon, she runs to the left of Candlehearth Hall in Windhelm and disappears instead of going to the New Gnisis Cornerclub.
PS5-safe fix
Don't rescue her from the dungeon; finish the quest and she frees herself and travels to New Gnisis Cornerclub. Wait a few in-game hours if she isn't there yet.
