Next murder never happens after Wuunferth is arrested
What happens
You had Wuunferth arrested while still carrying the Strange Amulet (never showed it to Calixto). Wuunferth stays guilty and the follow-up murder never triggers.
PS5-safe fix
Wait out the three-day period, then go to Wuunferth's cell under the Palace of the Kings and talk to him. The quest resumes after that dialogue.
Prevention
Sell the Strange Amulet to Calixto before accusing anyone, and confront Wuunferth yourself instead of reporting to Jorleif.
