What happens
While patrolling the Stone Quarter at night, Arivanya doesn't approach and Calixto just stands there. He's 'busy' if you talk to him, and attacking him early gives you a bounty.
PS5-safe fix
Wait one in-game hour; that usually gets Calixto moving. If not, wait until about 8pm the following night for the murder scene to play.
Prevention
Don't attack Calixto before he makes his move.
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
