Astrid only says 'Brother' after you kill the captives
What happens
Once all the captives are dead, Astrid may not start a conversation.
PS5-safe fix
Reload a save from before she told you to kill one of the captives (the other documented fixes are console-only).
Always make a hard save before trying a fix.
