Arngeir won't accept the Horn after brushing off Delphine
What happens
If you tell Delphine 'I don't have time for this' (or walk away once you have the horn), Arngeir may not talk to you to receive it.
PS5-safe fix
No console-free fix is documented; reload a save from before the Delphine conversation.
Prevention
Hear Delphine out at the Sleeping Giant Inn instead of choosing 'I don't have time for this.'
